What is a Paleo anti-inflammatory diet?

Salt and coffee are not Paleo foods.

Inflammatory fighting:

Omega 3, nuts, kale and spinach, soy, peppers, tomatoes, beets, ginger and turmeric, berries

No wonder I have been naturally drawn to these foods.

I would add avocado to this. Although considered a one seeded berry, native to Mexico it is a fat. Tea with out caffeine, herbal tea, drank warm or iced.

April 13, 2017: Time for me to comment on here. I have made Golden Milk. I have been using coconut milk, coconut oil, honey and eating beets, kale, and peppers. Been using turmeric, not only in the Golden Milk, but also in scrambled tofu for breakfast.


Beets I cook, slice and drench in Italian dressing. It makes a cold salad. Kale I make in to salted chips. Just dry them out at 225 degrees in the oven until they fall apart on your tongue. Coconut milk is tasteless and can be poured in to cold cereal or you can heat it up and add honey to it and even a Tablespoon of coconut oil. Indian shrimp dishes are made with coconut milk and are delicious.
